Drainage of the prostate is the most uncomfortable procedure I do with drainage. I wanted you to know this up front not to scare you but make you aware. I said uncomfortable not unbearable. I do it with many of my clients on a regular basis with good results and after the first time, it gets easier.
This is the way the session goes:
1) open channels at the clavicles, arm pits, inside the pelvic crest, &
top of leg.
2) find the top of the pubis bone
3) have the man bend his knees with his feet on the table
4) have the man take 3 deep breathes as the therapist pushes
several fingers into the abdominal cavity
5) on the third breathe, the therapist reaches under the pubis
bone and sweeps the gland anterior.
One of my clients does it every two weeks along with drainage of his lungs and liver. When I first met him, his PSA was 4.8; later it dropped to 2.6; and last time I heard it was 1.9. On Friday, Feb. 26, 2010 he reported his PSA was 1.2! Any PSA over 4 begins to need more attention; over 10 and it is probably cancer.
PSA levels in relation to cancer risk:
under 4 - normal
4-10 20-30% risk
10-20 50-75% risk
above 20% 90% risk
Prostate cancer is on the rise. Every 2.7 minutes a man is diagnosed with some form of it. While it is not proven that lymphatic drainage can help, it just makes sence to remove harmful toxins from all areas of the body.
All men are getting too much estrogen in their body due to processed foods adding to more health problems including prostate issues and "man boobs".
