LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE THERAPY - Wellness NOW!
Breast Drainage Sequence
(See "Breast Care" on left menu for October Special)

Before the actual draining of the breasts, areas of larger concentration of nodes (neck, armpits, groin, top of leg) are swept to get these nodes moving. The the actual drainage begins.

1. The upper, outer quadrant is drained first. Thumbs are on the chest wall and fingers begin at the chest wall and with a gentle pulling of the skin work there way up to the nipple.

2. The lower outer quadrant is then drained next. Same hand positions and movements except fingers are pointed toward the side of the body.

The next 2 steps are hard to show in pictures but are:
first, a back and forth movement of the breast with emphasis on
              the chest wall
second, a rotating of the breast on the chest wall.

5. The inside, lower quadrant is drained next using the same finger positions and movements.

6. The same movements are done on the inside, upper quadrant.

7. A deeper pulling from the ribs breast bone is the next step followed by a deeper sweep all around the breast to remove and foreign objects within.

The areas of high concentration of nodes are once again swept and the procedure is complete. Painless, quick, professional, and extreamly healthy for everyone. Prevent problems; get the toxins out.

NOTE:   Normal procedure does allow a towel to be use to cover the breast that is not being worked on. Only one breast needs to be exposed at any given time for drainage.
